Plot 1,000 m² for a villa with a view – Brkanovići

For sale is a 1,000 m² plot in Brkanovići, a hillside village above the coast that has in recent years become one of the most beautiful areas for villas on the Bar riviera. The location offers panoramic views of the open sea, the coastline and the town – especially spectacular at sunset.

The plot lies just above the road with easy access, and modern villas with pools have already been built or are under construction nearby. This is the best confirmation of the location's value and a guarantee of quality neighbours.

1,000 m² gives plenty of space for a luxury villa with a pool, terraces and a garden, or for two family holiday houses for rental. Peace, clean air and nature – with the beach and the town centre just a few minutes' drive away.

Ideal for buyers looking for a sea-view villa at a more favourable price than directly on the seafront.
